Who doesn't love funny books? We will read funny stories, such as Elephant & Piggie, Frog & Toad, Pigeon, etc. We will act out the stories, do an art project, play games and more. It will be a fun club with lots of laughs.

Fall is a great time to garden! We have seeds to plant, gourds to harvest, and so much to explore. We will make a group collage from garden mementos that we gather, and it will keep our garden memories alive through the winter! Free thanks to a generous garden grant.

5 Wednesdays: October 14, 21, 28, Nov. 4, 18

Kids are introduced to Digital Storytelling as they learn how to use a point and shoot digital camera. They learn basic digital photography concepts, take fun pictures, and explore their environment! The focus of this session will include Optical Illusion Photography (without using software like photoshop!), digital storytelling, and stop motion animation.

5 Wednesdays: October 14, 21, 28, Nov. 4, 18

Get ready to twist, wrap, and weave! We’ll learn how to weave, finger crochet, and make colorful pom poms and tassels using a variety of textures and materials. This class is all about experimentation, imagination, and playful making—no experience needed.

6 Thursdays: October 15, 22, 29, Nov. 5, 12, 19

Come create a world of your imagination with us! In this club, you will get to design and build your own city. We will have a variety of cardboard materials for you to explore and experiment with as you make your creations. This club will be a place where you can stretch your creativity muscles!

Ninja Warrior is a blend of fitness, flexibility, strength, skill, and fun! Throughout class, participants will engage in various drills, elements, games, and obstacle courses. From scaling up cargo nets on a truss, to walking across balance beams, climbing over an A frame to hanging on monkey bars, this class allows participants to have fun while progressing through elements…for the love of play!

This is a club for book lovers! In this club, we will read books together, and then, we will do activities, such as games, projects, or a craft, based on the books.
